The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
• In the event that one of the items you ordered is not available and/or that a product cannot be available at the delivery time indicated in our online store, then the relevant employee of our company will contact you by phone, in order to agree on any modification or cancellation of your order request. In the event that telephone communication is not possible, you will be sent an e-mail to the e-mail address you have given us, in order to get in touch with us. In the event that for any reason none of the above two communications becomes possible for a period of 10 days from the sending of your order request, then your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us again.
• In any case, after contacting you, a confirmation of your new order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided, with all the new information it includes. The products will be shipped again, based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
IV) HOW DO YOU PAY?
To pay for the products you are interested in buying, you can choose among the methods proposed by our company. First you decide which payment process suits you. Then choose the corresponding payment method at the appropriate point of your order request form and finally enter your necessary information. PAYMENT METHODS :
BY CREDIT CARD: Our company accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards. In payments by bank transfer, the order is sent only if the transfer is made at the expense of the sender (“OUR”, not “SHA”) and if the reason for the transfer includes the number of the order it concerns, so that it can be identified .
After 5 working days and if the deposit has not been made to our account, the order is automatically cancelled.
V) PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING COSTS
At the same time as confirming your order, our company also informs you about the delivery time of the products you have chosen, which depends on the region you have chosen to have the products sent to you. In the case of payment by credit card, you are required to be present in person when receiving your order by showing the delivery clerk your credit card and identification. The order will be sent to you by our company or by a carrier of our absolute choice, during working days and hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00-18:00). Based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company, deliveries are made as follows:
• within Attica and Crete within 3 working days from the moment your order is registered in our online store,
• in the capitals of prefectures within 3 working days from the moment your order is registered in our online store,
• in other areas within 4-5 working days from the moment your order is registered in our online store, with the exception of remote areas where delivery can take 5 working days. Our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicative and not limiting, our company is not responsible for causes of delivery delay due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other type of strikes that affect the delivery of products to our company warehouses by our suppliers, etc. In any case of any delay, our company will make every effort to contact you on the information you have provided to it, in order to inform you about it and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another product. Although our company takes every possible measure to respond to your need for information regarding the possible unavailability of a product, there is a possibility that there will be an unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product from our suppliers even after your order has been confirmed. VI) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

VII) REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS
