SHIPPING METHOD AND COST

Shipments within Greece for orders over €30 are NOT subject to shipping costs. For orders under €30 in non-accessible areas the charge is €3. Orders for hard-to-reach areas (hard-to-reach areas based on ACS Courier’s terms as detailed on its official website) are charged €4 shipping on orders under €50, and have free shipping on orders over €50.
The courier company we work with is ACS COURIER for shipments within Greece and DHL for shipments abroad. In the event that the area where you live is not served by the ACS COURIER network, we are responsible for sending your order in an alternative way.

DELIVERY DATES

All orders are shipped by our company within 3 days from the day you placed your order. Orders are sent with the courier company ACS COURIER and are delivered in 2-5 working days. You can see the “Status” of your order at any time by going to the “Order Tracking” link. If your order has been delivered to the courier, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the waybill number, which is posted on the “MY ACCOUNT” page.
