Historic farm Hacienda La Esmeralda, introduced Panama Gesha to the world, back in 2004.
This is a cold fermented washed coffee with raised bed drying. After pulping, the cold fermantation took place at 16 C in stainless steel tanks dry fermented aerobically for 72 hours.
Clean and well-rounded Gesha with notes of jasmine, honey, lavender, peaches, bergamot and brown sugar.
This coffee is roasted on our ROEST machine upon request.
