Description

Lavender, orange, starfruit, guava and jasmin notes, with silky body and a lovely tangerine clean aftertaste.

Once the cherries are selected at the exact level of ripeness, they are floated to select the densest and most flavorful ones. Once ready, they are measured and placed into an open tank for 72 hours.

The cherries are dried in mechanical dryers over 8 to 12 days, maintaining a consistent temperature of 38°C. Once dried, the cherries are stored in climate-controlled warehouses, keeping the temperature between 18°C and 19°C to preserve their quality.
